About this community
An independent home for Maine morning-show listeners
Maine’s Morning News Fans was started by dedicated morning-radio listeners who wanted conversations to continue after the broadcast ended. We are not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by any radio station.
Why we started
A permanent place to keep local talk going
Listeners kept finding the same questions after each show: what the morning topic meant for their town, what local meetings were coming up, and where to share a view without shouting. This community was built to give those conversations a steady place to live.
The Daily Show Discussion thread gathers today’s topic in one place, so members can compare experiences across Maine counties and keep the discussion respectful, specific, and useful.
Our independence
Fully independent. Not affiliated with any radio station.
This site is operated by listeners, not by any broadcast entity. Nothing here implies official endorsement by a station or its hosts. We ask every member to follow the Community Guidelines, keep discussion civil, and respect the people we talk about and with.
